Test Instructions

  • To complete the test and get your online certificate you will need to program several short programming tasks in Java.
  • To solve each task you will need to:
    • copy the task into a java file (use you favorite Java IDE)
    • implement the missing parts
    • copy your class back
  • You can use all standard JDK 1.5-1.6 classes.


How we evaluate results
  • To score high you need to solve the tasks correctly, in time, paying attention to the corner cases.
  • Do not optimize for speed unless it is mentioned in the task.


This is a REAL programming test. Please have your Java IDE ready before submitting this page.
